Fundamental Music Teaching Outline (K-5)
Spark your child's love of music with engaging and interactive classes designed to build a strong foundation in music fundamentals! While I'm not a certified music teacher, I'm a passionate musician with years of experience sharing my love of music with children. I bring a practical, hands-on approach, drawing from my ability to play clarinet, ukulele, and guitar for accompanying singing. We'll explore rhythm, melody, and musical concepts through singing, playing simple percussion instruments, and for older students, learning basic recorder and ukulele. My goal is to make music accessible and enjoyable, fostering creativity and an appreciation for all types of music in a supportive and encouraging environment, perfect for homeschoolers and families seeking a fun introduction to the world of music.
